Happy Friday followers! We are extremely excited to announce that our brand new website is all set up and ready to go. There are still a few additions and tweaks that need to be made, but as far as we are concerned, it’s all minor, or cosmetic, so no need to further delay the launch.
After a few months of hard work and dedication from the whole team, our amazing intern Haythem has finally finished developing, uploading, editing etc. all of the content on mediasavvycic.co.uk
The main purpose of the website is to provide visitors with all the necessary and essential information regarding the services of our organisation and to signpost to our social media accounts, which we regularly fill with awesome and diverse content; if we do say so ourselves. Connecting with our learners, partners, funders etc. is massively important to us and we try to do so in a range of platforms. The new website showcases various projects that we have completed over the years, highlighting our commercial and community successes.
As a social enterprise, the majority of our work will always be community focussed, but one of the main changes we wanted in the new site, was to distinguish between the ‘community-focussed’ work we do, and also the commercial work we undertake. Therefore we have created 2 separate areas of the website, which we hope is clear to follow.
We have lots of plans to develop different areas in the future, including a monthly, featured image on our homepage and extension to our learners work and commercial work galleries.
Overall, the site is fun and light-hearted, and as such, perfectly reflects what it’s like to be part of our organisation. We hope you find it ‘fresh’ and contemporary, and most importantly ‘working’.
